Wir sind ein buddhistischer Verein in Freiburg im Breisgau, der sich der Ausbildung und Praxis von Meditation, Philosophie und Geistesschulung widmet. Durch die Förderung buddhistischer Werte wie Gleichmut und Toleranz wollen wir zu mehr Harmonie und friedlicheren Beziehungen beitragen, individuell und für die gesamte Gesellschaft.
Regarding Politics and Tribalism
While being primarily associated with the Gelugpa tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, we cherish the diversity of individual transmissions and traditions within the Buddhist landscape, we deeply believe and clearly state that all of Buddhas teachings are equally valid and precious.
We deeply value and cherish the constant effort and contributions of all religions, spiritual traditions and philosophies, to peace and harmony in the world.
Ganden Samdrup is working to actively contribute to peace and harmony in society by promoting inner values and dialogue. We believe that Buddhism and politics are mutually exclusive concepts and we are a strictly nonpartisan, non-sectarian and non-political organization.
